About me
Tanika Kinartail is an experienced educator with a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Indiana University–Bloomington. After seven years as a classroom teacher and eight years as an assistant principal, she developed deep expertise in instructional leadership. Currently a Professional Learning Specialist at the Central Indiana Educational Service Center, Tanika designs engaging professional development for educators region-wide. Her specialties include AI integration, teacher evaluation, PLCs, and multilingual learner support. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College, mentoring pre-service educators. Tanika is dedicated to fostering innovation and school improvement through high-quality professional learning.
