About me
Christina is a strategic instructional leader with extensive experience in classroom instruction, curriculum design, professional development, and instructional coaching. Now in her 30th year in public education, Christina spent 17 years as an English teacher at Carmel High School before transitioning into district-level leadership. Committed to leveraging her experience for greater systemic impact, she served as the Secondary English Curriculum and Instructional Specialist for Indianapolis Public Schools, where she led curriculum and assessment development, supported PLC implementation, designed and facilitated professional learning, and trained instructional coaches across multiple schools. Christina then returned to school-based leadership as Assistant Principal at Bedford North Lawrence High School, focusing on curriculum, instruction, and teacher development.
Since 2023, she has served as the District Secondary Literacy Specialist and Instructional Coach for MSD of Pike Township, where she supports secondary ELA teachers, coaches, and administrators in strengthening instructional practice and improving student outcomes. Christina’s ability to align instructional vision with operational execution makes her a dynamic leader dedicated to advancing student achievement and educator growth.
